Stephen was born and raised at the Beaches of Jacksonville, Florida, Steve began his real estate endeavors shortly after college, with his first exposure to the industry as a Realtor-Associate with Century 21 Ahern Real Estate. Over the next two decades Steve progressed through the ranks, from branch management, broker to broker-owner and culminated with a position as Marketing Director for Century 21 Corporate. Stephen is now the General Manager for Green Coast Villas and is an associate partner with Century 21 Tropical Breeze Realty in the Central Pacific Region of Costa Rica.

Junior Anchía Mezén was born in San José, but he has lived in Quepos most of his life. He is only 25 years old but has unparalleled experience maintaining luxury homes.  After working for 3 years in Canada, Junior moved to Quepos to work for some of the area’s finest luxury hotels such as the Hotel Parador and Hotel Gaia.  Let Junior’s trusted experience work for you to keep your expenses low.

Lineth is originally from Ciudad Colón in San José and has 2 sons. After graduating with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, she moved to Quepos to work in hotel management.  Previously she worked as the Manager on Duty at the world famous Tulemar Bungalows. She also handled the Reservations Department for Parador Hotel. She then joined the former DHR Realty Team when Century 21 first came to Quepos.  Later after taking some time off to have a second child, she went back to work managing real estate.  After stints at both the Quepos Ocean Club Condominiums and La Reserva Manuel Antonio, Lineth rejoined the Century 21 and Green Coast Villas teams.
