Villa Vista Reyes is found tucked away in a pocket of tranquility overlooking a magnificent Mountain View landscape. This contemporary home with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a stretched balcony of almost 30 feet wide and 7 meters deep, residents are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings.

The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom. One bedroom with its two twin beds gives opportunity for children or extra guests. The other bedroom with its comfortable double bed allows a comfortable stay of six people in the home.

Both bedrooms open up into the large balcony, leading to the pool area. The pool is safely located directly adjacent to the two lower bedrooms. Surrounded by a non slip wooden deck, and giving the extra convenience of an outdoor rinsing shower, this pool also looks over the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.
The kitchen / living room area are spacious, clean and contentedly modern. High powered AC units cool the room with option of opening the large patio doors to encourage natural air circulation. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal. This home is easily encapsulated by considering its privacy, security, serenity and Awe-inspiring beauty.
